Led end-to-end UX for digitizing a 40-year-old Annual Inventory process across 600+ clubs, eliminating ~7M paper pages and 304K manual tasks.

Defining zone models, kits, labels, and the playbook, which resulted in a scalable system direction, rolled out in 600+ clubs since Oct 2025.

Receiving, Sam’s Club (WIP)

Led the Backroom Receiving React Native migration and shaped Just Unload from concept to POC, improving UX quality, accessibility, and cross-functional alignment including research across key receiving and automation initiatives, laying the foundation for future experiences.
